I read another article about wine being good for your heart. More specifically it was about dementia or lack thereof. Apparently people who drank beer were more likely to exhibit dementia whereas the wine drinkers were less likely.
I'm not giving up Guinness for good, but I'm going back to wine for awhile.
Someone told me that dark beers usually have fish oil in them. That's supposed to be good for your heart too.
Normally I might not give a damn but my cholesterol goes up pretty easily.
