siff sculpture contest
i meant to post about this yesterday, but i entered the siff sculpture contest. required medium was jr mints. i sculpted a pinup girl. i took home 3rd prize which is a ticket to siff opening gala tonight. after having to eat it. no really, i had to eat it, there was a tie for 3rd place and we had to eat our sculptures to compete for the pair of gala tix. dan savage told me he was sorry to make me have to do it b/c he thought my sculpture was beautiful. ultimately, however, they decided to just split the tickets up and give us just one each. to see pictures of the sculpture, please go to http://www.fantabulounge.org/jrmint

I have to say that is one fuckin' ROCKIN' confection baby doll! Wish I'd seen it up close for myself. A true artist can use any medium, as you have displayed.

ha! mcc. yeah, it does kinda look a bit like poo, but you can't make melted down jr mints look like much else.

It looks really big in the picture. Did you get a huge sugar rush if you ate it, or did the picture lie?
