that all depends on when. I'll be on the East Coast until June something then I'll be back on the Gulf Coast -- Yipee!! My idea was to really do this for MC's 1000th post -- so it depends on his posting pace

Now I'm going to the party dressed as Amelie -- shshsh they have to guess who I am -- this should be interesting. (I love theme parties I should go back and just live in the 8th grade!!)

ROSIE and sarah, what a great party idea. Do you have a bicycle rack? If no, I can get one. Maybe we could take a bicycle tour, too?

Jack the bike riding in the Seattle area is famous for the way you can go from urban to mountain trails and open road on a bike. With my tax money I need to buy a new used bike, any suggestions?

McCutcheon, cyclo-cross bikes are versatile because they are agile on and off the roads. I ride a Trek mountain bike without suspension and "slicks" (non-knobby tires) for on the road efficiency because I mostly commute and lollygag. But an easy tire change enables the bike and me to climb the steepest single track; however, some of the bigger drops will break the rigid fork. I also ride a Raleigh road bike, which is build for on the road speed. My dream is to have a stable full of highly specialized bikes.

For your terrain I recommend a mountain bike with a suspension fork. Fisher, of course, is a leader of mtb design and production. Yet most of his frames are composed of aluminum, which can offer a harsh ride. I prefer steel. Most importantly, make sure the bike fits you well. http://www.sheldonbrown.com/frame-sizing.html

mccutcheon go to velo on pine?
they have used bikes and they give them a safety check,tune them up a bit. leave with a $100 special.
the tune up is key. i had a client who smashed her face because something went wrong with her
$ 800 custom built bike. isn't this right jack?
many many plastic surgeries and she still doesn't look right.

Yes, a well functioning bike is very important. I give my bikes pre-ride inspections, which usually just involve checks of the breaks and tire pressure. Chain lubrication is also very important, and positioning adjustments to the saddle post and the bars are necessary for a comfortable ride. I am going to love touring Seattle! Good grass?

the best , the best. hydroponic style, dense, slightly moist and green. top it off with a soft gel marinol squeezed lightly over the top and you won't be able to ride, maybe to qfc , a market for snacks.

sarah, i did some calculating on m.c's posts and i would say in a month he will be at 1000.
let us do this soon. end of april sound good?

The end of April brings my hubby home, so my schedule is: stay in bed, and stay in bed. However, the beginning of the month --next week, is my birthday; do I need a better excuse to travel, not really. I am supposed to go to DC, but who wants to do that? Texas boys what's your schedule?
