The article is a little juvenile yes but it was a Sunday. I just hate censorship and spying. I really hope webclipping.com goes belly up and bankrupt but with all this free advertising I'm giving them maybe I should buy stock?

So do they monitor Email as well? And what do they actually do if they find slanderous (word?) remarks? Yeah, spying is no good for anyone, just ask That Aimes guy.

No they don't monitor email. They just monitor web sites like us. There is a long list of who they monitor on their web site. I am sure they are reading this stuff so let them know what you think of them...

I'd be a little careful of what is said. I know somebody who enjoys Mc Donald's, drives a car 5 blocks to work, doesn't recycle and has close ties to one of the biggest corporations in the world- a company that has indirectly paid for almost everything he has done in his life.

sometimes it's hard looking in the mirror, objects can be closer than they appear.

Nice Hitler picture though, and I agree with the article. webclipping.com sucks but if they paid me a million bucks to endorse their company I would pull a Moby and do it. I just want enough money to write.

Gee that non-recycling guy you know sounds like an asshole.

No really I agree with you Mc and I explained all about my tortured love/hate relationship with McD's but then I edited it all out in the name of brevity. Keeping it simple, you know, webclipping.com sucks.

Such anger, Mr. Sloth. And the profanity! <GASP!>

I too despise shitbags such as webclicking.com. I also hate their shitbag "market research" cousins, such as adserver.com, who install little monitoring proggies in your cache that follow you around the web and report back to home base.

This is why I am a member of both the Libertarian party and the ACLU. Both groups are staunch privacy advocates, and I hope one day that the pricks who do this sort of thing die a horrible, horrible death rotting in their own urine and feces.

But besides that, it's nothing personal.
