This is a fucking top idea! Assuming Germany still exists. Seems like every article I read coming up to this election is all doom and gloom. The English papers are unbearably smug about it. English consensus seems to revolve around the fact that we've had our Thatcher and now Germany will have to have theirs. The whole tone is that of someone leaving the doctors office after a painful shot and grinning at those standing in the line to go in.
