Picture Thingies...

How do you get the little picture/icon thingies? I want one; and I have a picture but... um I"m not sure how to get them on there. Do I have to upload them somewhere speical or do I direct link them and what are the dimensions they're supposed to have....

don't feel dumb. i've been a member of this list for years and i just now got around to uploading one.

get a photo or something
resize it to make it no bigger than 80 pixels high
upload somewhere to your website or something
go to your profile on the bb of bb
scroll down
copy/paste the new url home of your new avatar
voila
