the Walkmen are fucking awesome, they sound like the Strokes, Rod Stewert, Bob Dylan and Joy Division, oh yeah and Franz F. cool huh? Fuck yeah, and they sing of drinking and one night stands; so they are the Pax Acidus bar band then? Yup!
Another hot tip... check out The Sounds... They are like a brand new Swedish Pat Benetar group.
I saw them live last week and they were amazing. I have been spinning the disc nonstop since then.

The Sounds call themselves "The Future of Rock and Roll History". I don't know about that... but they are a good pop/punk/rock band that won't be confused with Abba.
