That's right. Don't be a Beatles blasphemer.

Can anyone here believe my History professor had the nerve to say The Beatles came from London? Jeez.

Actually, the opening blast of guitar on Franz's "Jacqueline" did make me think of Joy Division first time I heard it. I think Franz are okay, just not worthy of being hyped into the stratosphere.

What's this I read in the Stranger? The PIXIES have reformed and will play at Bumbershoot in September? Good god! Who'd have predicted that one??

Just found this very helpful website. Now you can see the worst LP cover ever, it's her second album

The Space being the best band from Liverpool was a hyperboil on your ass joke. But bugger them if they can't take a joke. Still it is a great single.

Franz Ferdinand was great. They are coming back to Seattle and playing the Showbox in June. See them. FF proves Scotland still rocks it... even though these guys dance like Ian Curtis at a Kraftwerk show.

The new Dandys album is ace. Takes a few spins to get into it though. They are definitely one of my favorite American bands (I DO like American bands from time to time BTW)

George Harrison is my fave Beatle, too. Just because as soon as they broke up he defied people's expectations and immediately delivered the best solo Beatle record ever, "All Things Must Pass".
