NBA playoffs

I think they get too many time outs in basketball. I'm not sure how many they have but it seems they always take them and never have to worry about not having them. It should be like the NFL, maybe more than three a half, but just enough a team needs to have good clock managment, a coach with coaching skills and players with ability to think on their own. in the NBA as soon as the slightest change of fate happens, time out. commercial.

Basketball, baseball, and football are commercial friendly sports. That is why in the states they get the primetime television slots. Football/soccer, now that is a great game to watch. No timeouts, no commercials, but that is why it is hard to find a soccer game on primetime television. Go Bucks. Game 6 tonight against New Jersey. I drove to Milwaukee on Saturday and saw Milwaukee take game 5 from New Jersey. After the game we went to Thurmans and the Nomad pub. Tonight I will once again be skipping my geomorphology lecture to watch Miwaukee, so god damnit, they better play their hearts out.

good answer to rick Fox's woos. Fakers beat Minn at home by 30 points. it's all over now baby, blue. Kobe was INSANE!!!! Reverse slam dunk. After the game i said to Sloth, damn Sloth, Kobe's dunk was one of the finest slam dunks I ever saw. the series is over. He said what slam dunk. i said the reverse. he said what revese? I said did we watch the same game or what? he said they never show repeats in basketball. i said they showed it like fifty times. it's a fucking poster. sloth was drinking too much Jager.

Goddamn it, I missed this epic dunk, and I was even in LA while probably most of the city was howling joyously about it.

On the packed freeways many of the cars have US flags on one antenna and Lakers flags on the other. Don't ask me why they have 2 antennas. It must be an LA thing, and I'm out of the loop.

But I missed the game because I was having dinner with my Filmmaking friend and his German wife. Very Paxacidus. and in fact, I introduced him to PA, which he was very impressed with.

Martino, if you read this thread, I'd like to talk to you about if you know any German tv production companies...

Sonics Make It To Second Round

Post by Sloth »

Yippie!

I have been listening on the Internet to the games and we beat Sacramento 4-1 in the first round of the playoffs.

Now we face San Antonio... who are favored to win it all.

Fuck.

It's the end of the line boys!
