tennis boys tennis. sloth see you at @1. (Miller)

Safin is another crazy fuckin' Russian. But he won and is doing well to defend his title.

On the USA network Pat Cash is also doing well to show the stupidity of Americans; calling American football players 300 pounds girls in big pads and bashing the writer of the Time article that featured the Williams sisters because he said no one knew who the male #1 was. But all Pax Acidusers do!! It's the curly headed simely guy from Brazil! I mean come on, another thing that is beautiful about tennis is how internationalist it is. just like Pax Acidus. we have know for some time that we are too big for our britches, no country can hold us!!! at least not for more than 24 hours. But tennis is a world game! even when it gets bad, and it can get really bad, like the fuckin' German who stabbed Monica and ruined her carrer and changed her life and never spent one day in jail. It's so easy to blame Germans because they are so German, though some of my best friends are Germans. Really I'm not kiding. But there are so many good moments. the final at the BIG W being one of them with the crazy Aussi fans or how about that #1 K at the French drawing hearts on the clay courts of R.G.

Anyway J.C is on so I'm off. I don't think I've concluded anything in this rant...just that the worls is a wonderful place. One of the Stadiums in the Tenis headquarters is called Louis Armstrong, and he sang "what a wonderful world" and so did On the Bus Passangers Nick and Shane. "I'm out da here", as they say in NYC

Everyone knows Johnny Mac is a bit of a bastard, er I mean full of passion-I might be dating one of his daughters some day, but I don't know why he can't just relax and accept women's tennis. He keeps saying there is no competition, but does that even really matter? Yes it does, but it is not the end all and be all of the sport. I think he is defensive because historically tennis isn't know as a macho sport. He should get over it. He has a whole shit load of daughters after all, you would think he could find his femmine side. Oh well, more for McCutcheon.

John has gone gray. and doing tv ads. I wonder what happened to his band? I know they once played Paris.

Venus in Furs in two easy sets. Most girls wear sports bras, Venus in Furs wears backless tops. During the Big W I commented on Venus in Furs back, now let's talk about the front. Wowza she has some lickable nipples, mmmmmmmm mccutcheon says suck! the opposite of how she plays tennis.

Johnny Mac might be a bastard, I mean passionate, but sometimes he is so right on. Leave it to America to have fat ball boys who look thirty. on blubberous ball boy was working Pete's match and John said how can pete take this seriously. The Sloth was once a ball boy and said the pay wasn't very good. He got paid in donouts. So there you go. plus I'm now tipsy on spirits with the bottle of blue crowd so the spelling and sight has gone to shite. sorry.

now hold on there McC!
Lets think about this Martina Hingis thing for a while...

She is currently the #1 ranked woman in the world.

She is also a good tennis player.
And the main thing you have to consider is when there are all these other bouncy little blondes running around out there giggling, moody,, brooding martina is out there and she is a total VAMP!

Martina Hingis is a fantastic human being.
I want you to stop saying bad things about her.

I'm coming out to Seattle next week-end (7-10) to wish the Sloth good luck in London. Keep your schedule free...

hold on there Kyle. I think that being ranked #1 in the world proves that she is a good tennis player. at least better than The Sloth. Though she does have a face full of sour grapes. Not good in tennis, the sexiest sport there is. (just one of the few i.e.'s to prove my point--the girls wear skimpy outfits with their nipples pointing out erect and sweat down their clevage while hitting balls with rackets called Head so they can over come Love)

I'll have to fish out that baby blue life guard coat you wore for three days straight while tripping on mushrooms and ecstasy. Also if you want to visit the Space Needle I think The Sloth will be able to find it this time.

back to tennis......which rhymes with penis

Good Goran and Bad Goran both won today. I was in Split before the war and it's a lovely town. Young Hewitt is running around all over the place and old man Martin is swinging away. On with the day. And against better judgement McCutcheon continues to chip and charge.

Old Man Martin lost and Hewitt is a racist. oh boy! I need some time to think about this. What does Pat Cash say? It doesn't get worse than that. Man. I have to think about this.

on another note Andy is the real thing.

Brasington vs Rodick. yah yah look at what Brasington did to get here. Being an underdog in the literary world I love a good fight. Brasington fought as hard as he could. His mum wore a colorful dress. He fought hard. Cheers mate. Andy keep pumping.

U.S. Open Quotebook for Friday, August 31
August 31, 2001

FLUSHING, NEW YORK (TICKER) -- Serena Williams on her upcoming fourth-round match with Wimbledon finalist Justine Henin:

"You guys are talking like I'm a major underdog here. She's great, doing great, had great results. I've never played her before but Venus has played her several times. We're going to have a discussion on what I need to do."

Henin on facing Williams:

"I think it's a different game from Venus because Venus can move a lot better than Serena. But she's stronger, so she can move faster. In the top 10, everybody can beat everybody. I have to think that I can be strong also, that I can beat her. I am a good player. I played well this year so I have many chances in this match for sure."

Goran Ivanisevic on the difference between Wimbledon and the U.S. Open:

"It's more quiet when you play Wimbledon. You rent an apartment or house close there. You finish your practice, you walk for five minutes, you're there watching movies. Here you have to drive very day. If you're lucky, 45 minutes, if not, one hour and a half. They put like six people on the bus. They don't even give you the car alone.

Ivanisevic on his "striptease" back home in Croatia after winning Wimbledon:

"That day was the happiest day of my life. We were singing a lot of songs. It's just fun. When you don't care, you can sing whatever you want. I could do what I wanted. I even stripped. I don't think nobody stripped in front of 150,000 people. I'm the only guy.

Justin Gimelstob on throwing the first pitch at a New York Mets game:

"I threw a 52 mile per hour strike, I think. I was just glad I didn't bean anyone with that pitch."

Iva Majoli on her new coach, Mico Zoric:

"I have a coach from Croatia. We started working after the French Open. I will tell you later his name, because I don't think (I can pronounce it). I have to spell it."

Serena Williams on the new book she is reading in which she learns three words a day:

"It's Word Smart. Word Smart -- Third edition. I haven't gotten them today yet. The other day I had pejorative. What else was it? Narcissism. There was another one. Nihilism. There we go."

Andre and Pete are through to the round of 16. Now the men's is going to heat up. Venus in furs won. Tomorrow Serena plays Hennin. It's a piss poor day here. I'm off down the pub. Still in training for the Pax Acidus Open.
