that's all she wrote for 7th seed Y. Kafelnikov. Rafter wins, which is good because he is cool. Bean pole M. Shaughnessy
defeated blonde squat A. Coetzer. And they keep serving except not tomorrow because it's a day of rest.

Oh boy a well deserved day of rest...

NOT FOR THE PLAYERS!!!! FOR MCCUTCHEON!!!!

I've been having champers and hot tub with a few of the girls who have been defeated. It's the least I can do to lift their spirits. Anna has told me she is very happy to be On The Bus. I said, "Listen babe, you haven't saved the world but you've given me a world of enjoyment. Sometimes that's all a girl can do." She blushed and splashed the bubbling foam in my face. Then we tickled each other under the water.

Later I had to say good bye to Anna, her mum came around and starting hitting on me--in a playful way--but Anna was getting jealous and I wanted to keep it light. So off I went clubbing with Barbara Schett. We were straight into the Red Bull and Vodkas. You know Red Bull comes from Austria. Back then it was super strong stuff.

Then things got a little wild and I started losing the plot. I ended up back in my hotel bedroom listening to the ABBA's greatest hits with a player who is STILL in the big W. But I don't kiss and tell. All I can say is that if a very talented girl gets upset in her next match it might be all my fault. Oh-Uh! I don't know how I will live with the guilt.

Like I said I need the rest.

Pistol Pete screwed the pooch. No more shots of his hottie wife in the stands. Rafter is still in and maybe going all the way. So is that bald little guy from the states. I can't remember his name. He used to have a huge highlighted mullet. Anyway that geezer is still in.

The William sisters are still blazing away. Bean pole lost. I don't really care.

LONDON (Reuters) - The volatile Croatian Goran Ivanisevic could conquer his inner turmoil and win Wimbledon 2001, says former champion John McEnroe.

"There's a mountain to climb but it's not impossible," said McEnroe, currently delighting British and American audiences with his acerbic and astute television commentaries.

Reflecting on the renaissance of the booming server who has been a Wimbledon finalist three times, McEnroe said: "Don't bet against Ivanisevic to complete a surprise salvation."

"Only now he is getting over what happened against Pete Sampras in the final three years ago, something that crushed him completely. He has been shell-shocked all that time," McEnroe wrote in his Sunday Telegraph column.

What McCutcheon says, "Yeah that guy with the name I can't pronounce could do it. Though I'm pulling for Rafter...What the press isn't supposed to play favorites? Oops. I gotta make a call to Vagas, see ya."

it's down to the few winners and the losers can do what the fuck they want to..the tour never ends and there is a place to play everywhere. be it Barry cowan or Barbara schett. they will be back to win a few and lose a lot. but I love them. they are all so close and yet so far away. what does it matter? well it would help if they are happy in life. not everyone can be like Anna who never wins or even plays in the big ones, Grand Slam, thank you mam, still she has loads of money from ADIDAS, but then that is what it is. She tickles nice. let me say this...you can all play better than me. doesn't that help?

Justin Henin is in, she will need her beautiful backhand against either Jennifer or Serena who are ducking it out.

And at 44 Martina N. the grand champ has a chance of doubles glory when she takes on the William sisters later today! wow and wowza! Dykes of the world unite and rejoice.

I'm a fuckin' lazy cunt. Here you go, enjoy.

Henman one set from final

Henman leaves Centre Court as the rain falls

Tim Henman (Gbr) leads Goran Ivanisevic (Cro) 5-7 7-6 6-0 2-1
Play to resume at 1300 BST on Saturday.

Tim Henman is just one set away from reaching his first Wimbledon final after fighting back against Goran Ivanisevic on a dramatic day at Wimbledon.

But the Brit will have to wait until Saturday to clinch victory after rain brought play to a premature halt on Centre Court.

In the first semi of the afternoon, Pat Rafter made it to the final for the second successive year with a stunning victory over 1992 champion Andre Agassi.

The American got to within two points of victory only for Rafter to rally and win the decisive set 8-6.

Ivanisevic begins to lose heart

In Henman's clash against Ivanisevic, serve dominated for large periods.

The British number one had just one break point in the first set, which was cancelled out by an Ivanisevic ace.

The Croat then played an inspirational game when leading 6-5, as three successive return winners flew past Henman to secure the set.

With Ivanisevic in confident mood at the start of the second set, Henman looked to have missed his chance when he wasted three break points in the ninth game.

A backhand pass from the Briton went long and Ivanisevic followed up with two trademark aces.

Henman takes a tumble

It came down to a tie-break, and this time Henman seized the moment.

After two breaks apiece he converted his second set point with a sharp volley to level at one set all.

The momentum was now firmly with Henman, and he played faultless tennis to wrap up the third set in just 15 minutes.

Ivanisevic had no answer to a succession of lobs and winners off both sides and looked increasingly frustrated as he lost serve three times.

Henman was still in control when play was stopped, leading by two games to one and trailing 40-30 as Ivanisevic continued to struggle on serve.
