don't you hate it when you play 3 hours of fun soccer in East River Park on a beautiful sunny spring day and all the world is bright and right and then after the game you are starving and you bite into an orange and the first slice is the best thing you ever tasted but the second slice is awful. You spit it out and wish you didn't have the orange in the first place. Is that sorta like life or is it just a bunch of fruit.

I just got done with my daily six mile run and when I got home I had an orange which tasted great and listened to Four Tet which sounds great and I got on the scale and I've lost 10 pounds in a little over 2 months here!!!

It's funny that just when everyone counts me down and out I rebound. But that's easy because Mav guards me. Ha.

It's all the orange-ating and walking all the hell around the city...great weight loss plan.

The Seattle Sports day crew misses you..it isn't the same without those layups that look like you're Johhny Rotten about to take a stage dive.

On the up side, I had my best games possibly ever yesterday. You wouldn't believe it, I was the high scorer on my team...and my teammate was Louie!

Of course, we miss Sloth too, since he's been working a lot, but hopefully we'll get some tennis in.....its already staying light really long, time enough for those evening tennis matches...

Matt I hope you don't lose TOO much weight. I never had the impression you needed to lose any.

Don't worry Mark, my beer belly ain't going anywhere. And I'm not really fat, just 35 and off drugs. I don't have the crazed thiness anymore. And running for health is better than running from cops. Hell, I sleep better now.
