Basement Jaxx send us off

Post by mccutcheon »

Tonight Christie and I made our plans to head to London. She is getting the tickets in the morning. We leave Nov.15th. I find it fitting that music is going to send us on our way. Tomorrow is Basement Jaxx, then we stay up all night for the 7am kick off (Seattle time) of England vs. Greece World Cup qualifier. The night before we leave we get Spirtitualized!! To The Fog and Drink, here we come. Paris, I have heard your lonely tears for me. Don't worry baby, it won't be long now.

oops, one of my favorite hobbies is having a few pints in the day and then roaming around to the record shops, well last night I got very drunk and went on line and spent all my travel money on music at Amazon. I guess I'll be coming in the new year.

on the bright side I got The Zombies box set along with hundreds of other things I could never find around these parts. The record stores in Seattle mostly suck. In contrast record stores in Wisconsin are very underrated and deserve more credit. In Milwaukee you must go to Atomic off Oakland and in Madison go to B-side on State.
