when was the last time you heard good news?

Post by mccutcheon »

AIDS prevention efforts across the United States, including programs to promote the use of condoms and focus groups aimed at drug users, have saved hundreds of thousands of lives, researchers said on Friday. Although the number of new infections has stayed level at about 40,000 a year for the past decade, many more people would have become infected with the AIDS virus if prevention programs had not been in place, the researchers said.

This is a good thing. To celebrate let's have national Pax Acidus Sex Day. Everyone go out and get it on. In a safe way of course. Everybody should post thier experience. I'll start.

Walking into the doctor's office I never thought this kind of thing would happen to me. I was waiting in the lobby when this nuse came up to me. She said, "McCutcheon?" "Yes?" "Follow me please." She lead me down the hall.....

I'm personally preferring 'Drunken Pervert' but that doesn't apply too much these days.

As for the lack of good news, Amnesty Intl sent me a notification recently that some kind of anti-torture measure was passed by countless nations that will stop torture before it starts. I didn't really understand all the specifics but hey, if Amnesty Intl is excited, so am I. I was rather taken aback to think Amnesty Intl, usually the bearer of bad news would be sending me some good news, especially in these times.

no sex please were British?

Britons have sex more often than Americans and Spaniards, but are outdone between the sheets by the French, Dutch, Danes and Canadians, a survey by condom manufacturer Durex found on Monday. The Durex Global Sex survey revealed that Britons make love an average of 149 times a year, outdone only by couples in France (167), the Netherlands (158), Denmark (152) and Canada (150). Those taking their love-making at a more relaxed pace included Americans (138 times a year), New Zealanders (135) and the Spanish, who limped in at an annual love rate of just 121.

Obviously they counted me as French.
