Golden Jubilee

The people are going crazy here in London what with the Golden Jubilee (50 years on the throne) and Arsenal winning and the World Cup in full swing.
At the Arsenal afterparty (which took place in every pub in London) I saw a partier get hit by a car. He was playing football in the street and ignoring the traffic. Ouch.
Well today they had all these low flying planes flying over the Thames towards the celebration (right over my house)came b-52's and fighter planes and for the finale a Concorde surrounded by all these fighters trailing red white and blue smoke across the whole of London. It was breathtakingly chilling and I'm not really even into that whole air show Blue Angel testicular cancer crapola.
Makes me want to go drink enough ale to shag the queen...
