Last night around 3:30 AM I got a couple of calls from an anonymous source. At the time I was actually awake. We play musical beds with the kids most nights. I caught the second call before it rang off. Seeing as I have lots of family in distant timezones night time calls are always related to long distance bad news, so I try to answer them. Now we can all make drunk dials. God bless horny youngsters. I answered the second call - I couldn't quite get to it the first in time. A woman answered and spoke to someone else in the room with her, instead of me. She said, "Someone's there." Then she hung up.
In the age of mobile phones I am possessed with the number. It came from my own time zone. Except it was from the eastern part of the state.
My request to the pax crew is call this nimber:
740-404-1475 EST any time day or night. I have posted the same request on my old rugby team site in Seattle. I asked them to enquire about the health of a wombat, it is my request that people here use their imagination. Just call and ring off after two rings or use a public phone and reverse the charges. Or e-mail this to a friend.
