I know that the pax puts various folk "on the bus." I hope it is OK to make negative recommendations. I know that several of you have chums in the Seattle area. I offer the following advice.

Whether you are buying or selling, avoid the realtors David and Karen Bell like the fucking plague. I have had more offers in the week since we dumped them than in the previous four months. For this level of effort they wanted over $21,000. I shit you not.

Please pass this message on to two chums who can then poass it onto two more etc. You will be doing the world a favour.

Every year I make the promise and break it. This year though ( if I can sell my house) I just might splurge on that penis reduction operation.

Tommy it might amuse you to know my actual new years resolution was to be more of a bitch. Because I'm sick of being a pushover - so I'm going to work on that whole not being so thoughtful of other people to the degree that I do.
