Drinks and dinner with Sloth and Linda was a great time. We drank some wine. We waited for Mark. We bemoaned the Sonics close loss. We ate brie and chicken. We waited for Mark. We drank some beer. We talked.We ate cookies. We waited for Mark.

The wine, food and company was excellent...but still no Marky. Where did he go? A paxacidus mystery.

Marky was sitting at home on a dial-up connection waiting for me to call him.

I did the Google robot hack. Now the next time the Google Dance happens it should index the board.

Also I don't even know where you live now that you moved, it's not as if I could have gone over there.

And it wasn't at all clear to me either that it would be Friday night. You were supposed to call Mav & Tracy, find out when would be good for them and call me back. That's what you said.

Now now, no sniping boys. We'll have t oget out and have a pub night or something. maybe before I go, which might be improbable since I feel pretty booked until the 23rd, which is when I leave, or if that doesn't happen then maybe when Tommy is here in the 2nd, or sometime soon thereafter. We ca nstill have holiday cheer ater the holidays...in fact, I often think that is the best time.

I'm not saying it has to be solely either your or my fault. I'm merely saying for you to hold me entirely responsible is inaccurate. I also think it's worthwhile to remember what I wrote here about Mercury in Retrograde and to keep in mind retrogrades have their strongest effect just before the planet goes direct again, which it will today. None of this matters, I love you Sloth and I'm pretty sure Mav knows I love him too. We will survive and enjoy each other's company hopefully soon.

Also Mav you might just be right about meeting up after the holidays being even better. I feel a lot of pressure to do everything before school starts again but you made me realize there really shouldn't be any reason for me to feel like that.

I love you too Marky. You are number one in my search engine of fun. Let's make it happen next weekend. Or sooner. Why don't we meet up at the George and Dragon on Friday night at 7PM?

Well unfortunately just like last year I'm spending Christmas with the mentally ill folks (and I'll be happy to see them again) so it all depends on how hungover I want to be when I go into work in the morning. Are weekends better for you or do you have some mid-week flexibility? Thursday night or Sunday night would be better for me. If worse comes to worse, though I have New Year's weekend completely free.

Oh fuck.. I'll be in San Diego on Friday through Wednesday. If we wanna go out we gotta do it before that!

Damnit I used to know this really cool British DJ who moved to San Diego with his wife and I visited him there once. Gorgeous house on the coast...This is back when The Aphex Twin was really important in my life. I'm sad now I lost touch with that guy, but then I guess that kind of thing just happens in life sometimes.

Okay right...Friday through Wed. you're gone. Let me think quick: Tues night is out of the question, I'm meeting a friend from Arizona, Wed I have off. But Thursday I work. Can you not do Thurs. night? Nah probably not. This means hangovers or bust. Hmm...let me think about it. Hangovers or bust...NO wait wait that's not right. I don't work Thurs.! I asked for Thurs. off I forgot. I usually work Thurs. but this time I asked for it off cause I knew I'd be working the weekend. So...Wednesday night? George & Dragon?
