Yeah it's weird I'd assumed you were done way before me. Yes it is drinking time, but don't do what I did and try to make up for 3 months of slavery all at once!

ahhh no I had this weird calm before the storm effect where after midterm there was a week or two where I had absolutely nothing to do and no assignments to work ahead on. Then it was finals week and everyone hates the world it seems.
(How I miss being a nursing major, it was never like that.)
Lie to me, it takes less time to drink you pretty.

Too bad you aren't a nursing major anymore...read McCutcheon's story on NYC scribbles. Sounds like he has a thing for nurses.

Yeah, but nursing is a hard job. I think it was rated like one of the most undesirable jobs to have or something. My mom always said she wanted to be a nurse but considering how rundown her knees/legs are now I can only imagine how much more mentally/physically run down she'd be if she had done that. It bothers me that nurses aren't paid enough or appreciated enough in our society. I'm not totally sure why that is. I also have a lot of admiration for the men that train to be nurses, it seems to me I've met a few, without being able to think of anyone specifically.

Besides, Pixie's attractive enough! ;)

awww thanks marky. No actually I am an RN - but I don't have a bachelor's in nursing which is what I wanted to get and then to go on and get a masters in midwifery.
Nurses are underpaid and over worked - always be nice to your nurses. ;)

I worked for awhile at a women's clinic because I wanted to specialise in women's healthcare. I really loved the job but it would be difficult to go to class and be able to pull 12 hour shifts every other day.

I used to have a best friend once, years before he got shot on the street in New Orleans. Anyway, there was a women's clinic down the street from his house and I joked one day that if there was a man dying of a heart attack outside the women's clinic, they would say "can't help you - this place is for women only". He thought that was pretty funny and I did too. We were young. A lot of things were funny then.

Next time on "Marky's stupid stories"...
