Tommy I have been corresponding with Stuart and he said he'd be interested in buying your house here "for a knockdown price".

He's decided to start tranferring his old Peel tapes to CD-R and invited me over to help! Yes!!!

[Marky does a happy dance] I just wish I had one show from the 80's I could take home and play in the dark and pretend I'm 16 again or something.

define knockdown. Also, he would have to sell his house first I'm guessing. I'm out of contract with my realtors early next month. If someone wants to buy without using them then I'll knock off that fee - roughly 40,000 dollars. Is that enough of a bargain?
