Look, I don't mean to discount all the other threads and people who have posted under this thread but I still I must convey the fascinating NUMBERS the late breaking news that we have of the caucus results in our state today!!!
And low and behold, it's 49% Kerry to 30% Dean!!!
Those are sweet numbers. Especially when you consider that Kucinich got 8%.
The first Chic album is almost impossible to find on CD.
Did I say yet BUSH WAS 47% IN THE LATEST POLL 47%????
We are getting rid of him he is gone bye bye, that's it!
The first song on Chic's amazing "Risque" album from 1979 is "Good Times".
I believe we shall overcome. We shall overcome Bush, mark my words.

No need to celebrate ( Bushe's demise ) quite yet Mark. I for one have learned to ignore the polls, especially nine months before the fact. Polls are falsely comforting with a
+/- 10% degree of inaccuray.
I know that John Kerry's wife is fiscally competent and then some, but she can contribute only 12% of her total worth to his campaign. I just don't know whether or not Kerry has the finances to compete with Bush. I think Dean is a fucking crackpot, but he just might have a better chance of beating Bush seeing that he has raised the most money among the democrats (and we should all know the one certainty in American politics: whoever raises the most money generally wins).
And what about Kerry... he looks a bit like lurch from the Addam's Family. I bet he sleeps in a coffin. I wish I had a coffin, and a vampire slut to share one with.

Kerry fell off the ugly tree as a kid and hit every branch on the way down.

Well if the latest elections for Seattle City Council were a test, I'd say it's not necessarily so that the candidates with the most money win.
I agree Kerry is ugly, but I do think he'd have a better chance than Dean. The Republicans are scared of the huge turnout at the caucuses. There are issues Bush continually sweeps under the rug that are of prime importance to a wide swathe of Americans. He can only continue to ignore and sweep them under the rug for so long. Bush is truly squirming now, for the first time. I intend to savor that.
The part about the vampires and coffins was funny, Jack. I can truly see Kerry as a character in the Addams Family. LOL!

I think people have a sense of justice. Deep down people know that Bush stole the last election and they will kick him out.

anybody need to puke?
Bush just told the guys at the Daytona 500 to start their engines -- it's like a double whammy of revulsion

Chalk up another win for Lurch in the badger state. Did anyone know that Lurch is in the same secret society that G-Dub's is in? I mean, if Lurch gets the nomination, and has to debate Bush, are they going to perform some crazy off the wall secret handshake before the war of words begins?

And also, John Edwards had a strong outing, and at one point in the tally he led Lurch by a couple percentage points. I don't think it really matters which one of these guys gets the nomination. Both Kerry and Edwards, and everyone else voted yes on Patriot Act bullshit and voted yes on attacking Iraq (cept for kucinich). However, Edwards has been quite critical of the Patriot Act, and he believes there needs to be more substantial evidence of gestapo action before he completely denounces it.
