Public Apology

Post by Sloth »

I hereby apologize in public to being drunk and calling McCutcheon stupid on Friday night and incapable of understanding Nietzsche. I did not really mean it... I only said it because he wouldn't give me a line so I could cure my 5 day drunken / hungover battle with constipation.

I feel much better today after drinking a pot of coffee and smoking a pack of Marlboro Reds.

Again, sincerest apologies... and congrats on the new story, Jamaican Holiday. Linda also agrees it is one of your best. But what does that Swedish meatball maker know anyway?

You are a serious waste of human flesh. A gigantic pile of sloth dung indeed. It amazes me that either you or your boyfriend wonder why the publishing world doesn't take you seriously. If they reject you as a drunken brain fried author, then perhaps you two should actually try a new approach. Like sober and your brains working without the aid of cocaine. Or is that even possible? Are there enough brain cells in your collective heads to even hold a cohesive thought without the help of booze and blow??? Probably not. Please don't procreate - either of you. The American gene pool is watered down enough without you two making it worse. Do the world a favor - think vasectomy.

Simon, what's the point of you?

You are like a tortured soul or something.

If you don't like the forum please go away.

No one wants you here or appreciates your comments.

I believe the mormons have a web site somewhere where you and other self righteous idiots may fit in.

I wonder what a better use for human flesh would be? A strange and somewhat unsettling comment.

I'm not a Morman. I'm not religious at all. You don't have to be to find you and your lackies to be distastefull. Take away all posts here that mention one of you being drunk and/or stoned and most of your posts would gone. Seriously, why do you find it necessary to post when you're stoned? Do you find it amusing? Admirable? Or do you just want to read replies from your followers about how cool and funny you are?? I've got this funny feeling that both of you were picked on in school a lot. ALOT.

School? Whaddya mean? Graduate school? University? Or high school? I been to all of them. Never was picked on, not since elementary or junior high, when everyone is picked on.

Let's shift the focus away from us and onto you. We both have novels online which gives away a wealth of information for free. We do not ask anybody to read it.

You are a Midwestern college age twerp who thinks he is something literary and is jealous of our unabashed genius. Like a car accident you can't look away from.

Tell me am I right?

This will be my only response to Simon, as I think he/she is extremely boring and unworthy of the attention he/she craves, but I would like to address some points, then let it lie.

The people who post here are neither stupid, nor followers of Sloth or McCutcheon. We share common views on some things, and enjoy to argue about others. The inebriated posts are, as Rosie says, amusing ways to keep up with what the others are up to since many of us see each other rarely, or not at all in person. Would you respect us more if we debated world politics?...oh wait, we do. Domestic issues? Those too. Literature?...there's a whole section devoted to it. Music? Just try to tell Mark he doesn't know anyhting about music and see what happens.

You are right, many of us are in our 30's and approaching our 40's, but guess what? It will happen to you, and despite what you may think about killing yourself before you're 40, you most likely won't. At least, I hope not, even though you do seem like the bitter type that makes the world a bit worse for those around you. Some of us have even bred, as you put it, producing more humans. Those that have are intelligent, caring people whose children will undoubtedly improve the American (and Canadian) gene pools.

So Simon, please either see the diversity and creativity here, or go away and don't subject yourself to reading what you profess to hate so much. Start your own group and gather closed minded people with no experience of the world like yourself to it, where you can bash whatever you like and make pacts to die before you burn out.

Excellent post, Mav. But I fear it is all for nought. Simon is but a fictional character. He says what he says because he fears he has to. He has nothing to offer here, even if we ask him to.

I love how Maverick can always put things into perspective.
The funny thing about this schmuck is that if he knew any of the people he's attacking personally, I don't know that he'd pull his head out of his ass as much as try to shove it further in out of shame.
But I digress... I like Mav's more even tempered reply better than my own.

Where did I ever imply that you were uneducated? I recognize the fact that most here are as am I. However, that belies the point. You are surely all educated and quite intelligent. SOME of you are also drunken coke heads who have did little to nothing with there experiences and brains other than burn out more brain cells and tell of their exploits here so you can bask in the glory of those who love and admire you. For those individuals, I can't help but wonder when you're gone, what will you leave behind that won't be dust in the wind (so to speak)? Sloth (how very fitting btw), you speak of your online novels as if they're spreading fountains of knowledge to the world. How very altruistic of you though I'm not sure how good it'll do anyone to receive free soft porn mini-novels.

Rex,

My point was that you make fun of our writing and put on an air like you can write other things besides derogatory quips about my weight. It's so cold in Wisconsin. What have you been writing? Enlighten us. Maybe you are the one who deserves a web site.

Are you from Wisconsin Simon? Did Mc break your heart or something, and now you're forever bitter? I'll speak for everyone here, because I know most everyone here is too polite to say it: Fuck off you twat. All your claims are unfounded. Perhaps jerk off before you post, then your content may take on lighter sentiment. Don't worry, God won't be watching you, it's alright.
