Philanthropy is a good thing.

Wow what great news, not that Joan Kroc died of course, but that she left 200 million to NPR! Joan was the widow of the founder of McDonald's if you can believe that, and was one of the leading philanthropists in America. She was very impressed with the way NPR handled the coverage leading up to and then the actually war in Iraq. Thank God she didn't give the money to Fox News. What a Mad Mad World (Donnie Darko version of the Tears for Fears song). If any philanthropists out there are intrested in Pax Acidus let me know, and I'll have you over for tea.
