morning blues

I awoke this morning to the sound of my upstairs neighbors bumping thier bass about 14 times louder than needed for the repetitious ass shaking music they were listening to. So, i put in some clothes, (i sleep naked, doesnt everyone?) and go upstairs, to ask them to please turn it down a bit, since it is only 9 am. The girl we affectionately refer to as "the bass bitch" answers, crack pipe in hand, looking like she has probably been smoking all night. So, now a little bit more on my guard, because you can never predict the actions of a crackhead, say to her, "do you think you could turn it down a little so sane people can sleep in a bit?" She smiles her broken smile at me, and says "no..." thats it, just no, not a why? or a im sorry, just no, and proceeeds to slam the door right in my face. So, me being the "take no shit" person i am, pound on the door, not caring now that she is probably high off her ass and doesnt really even know whats going on, i just want my sleep! she answers again, and i immediatly start yelling "what the fuck! other people live here,!!" becomming all the people i hated for so many reasons when i partied all the time. You know, the ones always bitching about loud music and getting you kicked out of flats and all. anyways I think she could see the frustration on my face as she said- "its only a 45 minute album-" and shut the door. You cant argue with that i guess.
