Sex and depression

Post by frommy »

Hello, this is Frommy again. According to a researcher group at the State University of New York in Albany, there is a correlation between female depression and the usage of condoms.

It seems that women who have sex without a condom are less likely to suffer from depression.

The researchers use the hypothesis that some of the hormones in semen are healthy and are readily absorbed through the vaginal skin.

Strange, isn't it? I mean, I can imagine their idea is true, and it also follows my experience with women. Still, couldn't it be equally imaginable that women who do not use rubbers are just happily married? Or that women who do unprotected sex are happy-go-lucky?

And what about oral infusion of those hormones? I would like to give my girl friend a mental-health tip about that.

Totally unrelated is a joke I heard the other day. Why do the men in Afghanistan now shave, after having worn beards for the last few years? Well, they saw a recent video of Osama, in which he said: "Bush must go!

people are horrible.
i must give out negative vibes, but lately i have noticed everyone getting it for themselves, from sex and companions to stealing.
why don't we inately love each other?
why are we self haters?
why does no one respond to my posts?
why do i have to be a part of this circus?
i want some fucking answers, please?
when you find me dead and the autopsy reads depression, it will be too late for me,
so please shed some light, and mc take it easy on my ego.

Actually I think you make about as much sense as Bozo. I mean I haven't talked to you in over a month and then you post and mention me. How would I know what you mean? Martino can make you out though. I think I never understood, even when we talked in person. So yeah, none of it. And I don't hold any ill will even if you have a potty mouth and talk shit about me and people I care about. Let's leave it at that. I don't want to hear any more half truths and false hysterics.

i sure i don't understand everything and certainly i cannot place all of rosie's words or her feelings but i try to be cordial to people i haven't yet met. especially when they say open or funny or deep things like rosie sometimes does.

i think this topic that frommy brought up is slightly weird but what the hell, stranger things have been posted on this bb. to tell the truth i don't see the connection to your complaint of egotism, rosie -- do you mean that guys who joke about unprotected sex are mean or anti-women? sorry, i can't see it that way.

Rosie,
I think people hurt us because they just don't know how to do it better, love better. Most people are just trudging and fumbling through life the best they can like me.

Jesus, it's so important to know one person who does it right though. I think I might know where you're coming from because when he's gone; I lose perspective, and everything becomes much darker. I wish I loved like him, better. He makes me want to do it better too. I really have wished over this past few months that I could loan him out to you for a while.

I hope I haven't misunderstood you

By the way I was just listening to pearl jam's live from Virginia Beach (close to me) Go get a copy of it and play Daughter all the way through. The impromptu sing along made the hubby cry; it's from him to you.

as i have recently discovered, understanding of other people can make a world of difference. H, i would still like to tell you what happened yesterday -6.6.02 but i still have no idea. sometimes a little understanding is all you need.

mc
i have said mean things to you on this bb which i am sorry about. as far as people you love the things i said were out of hurt and anger and i would think you have enough love to forgive me.
if you think i make no sense, like bozo, then i will quit, no problem.
i am sure it is easier for you , you are in love and what you have is special. i have been put through a meat grinder this year and that is no half truth or hysterical rhetoric.
i am in pain and i hate the lonliness.
maybe you felt like this when tara died, but i am sure people were kind to you and didn't step on you when you were down no matter how ridiculous it manifested itself.
what i would like from you and anyone is a phone call, an e mail ,friendship.
i can't understand why i disgust you.
i am sorry bb for wasting your time.
apologies to all hurt by my words.
i am off like bozo.
goodbye.

don't go rosie don't go. i enjoyed your postings whenever i understood them which was quite often.

you're not comparable to bozo -- he was kicked out because he was obnoxious. whereas you are talking about leaving because there is bad blood between you and mc. but what do your personal ill-feelings have to do with the bb?

you are feeling sad, you may be feeling lonely, but this is only a bb! it won't solve any problems you may have but why not stay here and enjoy it for what it's worth?

The Pax Acidus bb won't solve any problems? SHIT! I've put all my faith in it. That must be my problem. Now I'll have to dish out for expensive shrink!!!!! Seriously though, what is written here is all just scrambled eggs and life is a grand omelet or something like that. Maybe life is a soufflé
