against the crippling awkwardness of inexperience
that may never go away,but fuck it,that's okay
like we'd all get to go up where the stars grow anyway
when they just keep exploding in the heaven
of a swallow from that unholiest of bottles
blessed by the eighty proof prayers of prophets
gone astray
