okay, just in case anyone reading this has any problem with any amazon order but can't find the customer service number, it is 1-800-201-7575. please don't call the corporate headquarters and yell at me for amazon not posting the number anywhere on their website. i want it there probably more than any angry customer. cheers~nabi
