That's a twisted quote, but makes sense.

Every day I get excited about the prospect of Congress stopping Bush in his tracks. This Murtha guy is amazing and he is deadly serious about what he wants to do, and I think he can pull it off without harming himself or the Dems politically. He's supposedly got a lot of clout with Republicans, too. It's almost enough to make me start subscribing to the newspaper again.
