My first website!

Hey people. I have just put up the initial pages of my first website. I am no programmer but did finally figure things out via the opensource Mozilla composer/browser that allows you to build pages thru a graphical interface rather than knowing raw code. I also had Sloth on standby for any questions. He was nice enough to agree to help though so far I've handled most things ok. I've got a lot to go but anyone who wants to check things out and let me know how it looks would be much appreciated. I'm also putting up a board mainly due to the collapse of one I frequented that used to be attached to an indie band. They broke up, the boards went away, and everyone got scattered. I thought I'd then try my hand at it. I've got a blog ready as well but haven't begun actively posting to it yet. It took me a while to figure out how to adjust a template and publish it to my domain. I'll post the link below. Come on in and let me know if it looks ok so far. I'm going for a black & white picture/negative look. Join the message board if you like. I'm sure it'll be ultra slow for a while until things build up (if ever!).

PS - Sloth ... I found a really reliable and inexpensive hosting company out of San Diego. You should check it out. They have some good deals.

Thanks H. I would take credit but since I am not very good at programming templates, I got the one I'm using in my blog (which I need to post to) from a nice guy from Norway by the name of martijn.

Mc, you probably couldn't log in due to the feature that causes users to get an initial random password mailed to them. So check you e-mail and one would be there if you registered. However, I did disable that feature so anyone else who registers would be able to choose their own password from the get go.

So drop by. Spout mindless minutia at will. Or intelligent minutia.
