Yes, the Glasgow band that broke up circa 2002 and only put out one album are actually releasing a live album next year. I am in shock. I do not know if they are getting back together, I rather doubt it, but man, I'm telling you as far as new bands go, I haven't heard anything as good as them since. They were a huge milestone in my life. The singer was a female who kindof read her lyrics like poetry, sortof like Mark E. Smith's delivery, and sometimes it would sound like she was rapping, but she had her own style and it was so infectious. While the band itself had this whole raw post-punk Velvet Underground influence. They were one of a kind.
When they broke up I read she went off to do performance art or some shit like that. Pffft. Fuck that.
