I don't know if you know this; if you do I will feel sort of redundant. If you don't then here it is, there is a pearl jam dvd that tony barber from the buzzcocks is on -- it's actually really funny. . . . his performance. The dvd is Live from the Garden -- it's somewhere near my television right now in fact. Also for anyone who likes ben harper he's on it too.

Also since we're on the subject of punk rock, I think eddie might have called johnny ramone on a cell phone from the stage and that it's recorded on this dvd -- now I'm going to have to go watch it to see if I'm right or wrong. I think the song “untitledâ€￾ is right after he called him and he goes “Johnny I hope you get this message, you're not at home,“ in the song -- I'm just not sure if it's recorded on this dvd or somewhere else. It's one of the coolest little songs ever. Really sweet. It's on all the little silly romantic cds I burn for the hubby -- the lyrics always change a little bit in concert, there are better versions than this:

Got a car. I got some gas.
Oh, let's get out of here. Get out of here fast.
Ah, everyone's confused so I stay in my room.
If I go, I don't want to go alone.
I hope you got this message. Oh, your not home.
I could be there in ten minutes, or so.
Oh, I got my things.
We'll make it up as we go along.
Oh, with you I could never be alone.
Never be alone.

Anyway, there you have it if you didn't know.

Well you know it's crazy those lyrics remind me of a Melissa Etheridge song I haven't heard in about a billion years. It was on the Brave & Crazy album when I was gullible enough to appreciate her music, and it talked about her lover and her getting in a car and going somewhere. I can't remember anything else about it right now except that.

Time to go to bed. Hope I sober up good by morning.

I've been hoping for a re-issue of Spiral Scratch. Can't find one though.

You mean on vinyl? Hell I couldn't even tell you what CD it appears on, if any. Inform me with whatever you know.
