me and Mrs Tommywere eating dinner while the girl in the photo on the left was drawing all over the movie ads from the NY Times. Richard Gere is in a new movie with J Lopez. Mrs Tommy said that she could not think of a more hideous pairing. I thought you could do a lot worse.

(Shame the picture is so small. The lady in it is fucking gorgeous.)

It's a Jap film that is fucking brilliant. This version will be shit. In an interview J. Lo said she loved the first one and that she wouldn't do a remake unless it was super great. So it's gonna suck you know it. It's all Asian to me.

My mom called from China just to say she loved me. What did I ever do to have some one love me. I'm lucky. Didn't even bother me that she called collect.

He can act the same way in every film...and now he's the "Dance Film" guy ever since Chicago. I can't believe the pairing of him and Jlo either...Not that Gere and Zeta Jones or Zellwegger is any better. I'll probably never know if the movie is actually any good though, because I have less than no interest in it so far. I'd rrather watch marionette puppets take over the world in the interest of "spreading freedom". Now THAT's entertainment!

They, asians, can really make beautiful films-

I remember Vanilla Sky before it was so dilluted by Cameron Diaz & .. Tom Cruise? Even decent actors shouldn't attempt remakes.. The cover song doesnt transfer to other artforms so well.

not that i'm saying Diaz & Cruise or anything special- but J.Lo is the walmart actress.

Welcome all birds that don't fly

Vanilla Sky was a Spanish film first not an Asian one. And some cover songs can rule everything else I agree with. The J. Lo as Wal Mart actress is one of the best lines I've read about her. And to think. They don't even have Wal Mart in the Bronx.

Yeah my first thought on that pairing was "wow Gere kindof outclasses her doesn't he?" I'd like to see Gere with someone more his equal.

Oh, i started to make a point about the foriegn production abroad.

Like italy makes a surplus of Horror unseen since the 1960s and 70s.

ps- the grudge, & the forgotten stink.

Ray is pretty much god though.
