Hey Mc, i've pitched and successfully started the ball rolling on "the Manwhich Incident" short film to shoot in December. SPS will produce, i will direct and we've got a very talented DP to shoot. you know i started shooting it like 3 years ago... i'm scraping that and starting all over. let me know if you want to read my adaption from your short story adapted from a guy at a bar. it is hilarious. festival material for sure.

make sure you use the right type of bottle if there's a scene with wine. He gets freaky about that.

That story isn't up anymore and I wonder why. Sloth please tell me you still have it somewhere because I don't and it was a personal fav. Yes, all the critics can write in, but the writers have favorites too.

where is this story? Jack you still have a copy somewhere?
also it is very important that you get the time and place right in this story-- Seattle during the .com boom, right brfore it gord bust, otherwise it will not work.
I also think Trampled would make a great short film. Hell, I think all my stories would traslate well to movies. I think the Burnt novel would make a great flick.

I don't have a copy of the original script. I looked through all my Manwhich files. I can send you the screenplay (which is frstratingly not on my computer, i'll have to type it in.) You can put it back together from what I have. but didn't i record a audio version of the story when I was in Seattle? is that around?
