Kitten is right, Green Tea rocks. But my favorite is actually London-based Twinings brand "Tastes of Summer" black tea. It's got tiny bits of strawberries and oranges in it...I can only get it at Safeway. Once you taste/smell that stuff, you're hooked. Stash Green Chai tea is good too.

Hey Kitten you ever tried iced green tea? I tried that once, really interesting.

i haven't tried that but i should. i figure by drinking it i'm reducing my risk of lung cancer that i may get from smoking cigars. i'm going to try that twinings brand you suggested.

Green tea is godly. hehe
Yeah, I drink green tea on "recovery" days. Along with helping me not be a fatarse, it's great for energy. Or maybe I'm the only who gets a buzz off green tea ...
Green tea and ephedra is what gets me to class in the mornings.

Beware of this new green tea they've got now called (I think) Brasica or Brassica...it's the one with a picture of broccoli on the box. Supposedly these university scientists discovered this powerful anti-oxidant in broccoli so they isolated it from the broccoli and sell it in this brand of green tea. It's expensive, but I had to try it once. But the damn tea tastes like broccoli!! Now, I don't mind eating broccoli now and then on its own, but I don't want broccoli flavored tea, even if it is extremely beneficial health-wise, you know?

Sorry Mav, no offense, but my sex drive is virtually non-existant and porn seems to do less and less for me.
