Oh no I could never do that. That would be a real disaster. Besides, he probably watched films in a different part of his house.

Recently saw the extended version on DVD on a six-foot wide, private screening room. Peter Jackson has far surpassed Spielberg and Lucas as far as I'm concerned. Who would have thunked it after watching the Frighteners? And I guess everything happens in it’s own sweet time, otherwise we might have had Michael J. Fox as Frodo.

Michael J. Fox as Frodo is hilarious! I'd vote for John Cusack (in the 80's) though.

Wow Two Towers is pretty yawn-enducing.

I was expecting better considering the film has made over 400 million dollars so far.

But to be honest the book bored me as well. I never even made it this far.

Special effects saved this one from being terrible.

LOTR ... both movies .... so far has been phenomenal. Everything fell into place to make a great series of movies. The director, the cast, the technology ...

Hey, speaking of dressing up at a movie (which I've never done) ... the only flic that I've ever seen and had a blast at with lots 'o freakyness was Rocky Horror Picture Show. I always had a thing for Magenta ..

I guess not!

Too many sweaty sword fighting men and hysterical women for me.

At least there was a pub in the last one.

And Bilbo is the only character I like.

Rocky Horror is cool, I've just kindof gotten tired of it I guess. Besides, the second half really drags by compared to the first half.

I haven't seen Two Towers yet but I tend to think I would agree with Sloth. I haven't used my theatre gift certificates yet but there are probably other things I would want to see more.

My wife and I saw The Rocky Horror Show at Granville Island Theatre, best small production I've ever seen. We're going to Saturday Night Fever at the Stanley later on this month. That should be excellent. LOTR was alright although I want to kill that Gollum thing. Stupid annoying Gollum thing.
