free drugs?

I was walking back from the grocery store this afternoon and on the steps of my building in front of my psycho possible drug dealer's apartment, I found what appears to be a teeny little baggie of meth.
Interesting world we live in when I can be doing something as mundane as coming from the store and stumble across drugs...

The only good drugs are the free drugs, and since I have nil a penny to my name, anyone with any sympathy in their heart can donate to my fund. However posting addresses over the internet doesn't appeal to me and 240 dollars and a shaved beard and head later, i'm back in this cracker box.
