Haha. Yeah actually I read about this just tonight on the other board! Let me know how it goes.

The word is that the US version of Rip It Up & Start Again isn't as good as the UK version. What a fucking surprise eh? Apparently they took out all the pictures and a bunch of other stuff. I really don't care anyway because the UK version didn't make me all that happy to begin with. Sorry I don't take my Joy Division inaccuracies lightly in a book that's supposed to be about post-punk, not that that was the only problem I had with what I've read so far. And I get tired of everyone licking Reynolds' arse anyway.

James Chance & The Contortions were in that film I saw recently from 1979. I usually don't care for their music (it is a bit *difficult* is it not?), but they did a cover of Chic's Good Times that was definitely very cool.
