Pixie is okay I spoke to her by phone she can't post because she thinks someone is internet-stalking her. But she promised me if I call later she'll be inebriated. Which is just what I wanted to hear.

My only statement at this juncture is if you don't have Beatles' Sgt. Pepper then I can only pity you, pity pity pity.

okay so it's been a few hours and I've sobered up

so it's time to start drinking again and blabbing my mouth about nothing

my cat went to the vet today. He is such a well behaved cat. He resisted when I tried to get him in the carrier at first, but on a second try he was quite docile. He never bites or scratches the vet, I am so proud of him, I always kindof think it's going to be worse than it is. I think I'm more nervous than he is!

He's the first cat I've had that actually likes to be under the covers. He always wants to sleep under the covers with me, especially now that it's really cold.

Damnit where's my drink? This could end up being a long post.

I'm actually going to listen to some early Depeche Mode in a minute which is something I never ever ever do. God knows why the idea even occured to me. Very bizarre.

I bruised my knee pretty bad at work.

There's nothing wrong with my cat, though, I just took him for a routine visit with a vaccine. This stuff I got for him called Advantage Flea Control really works, you just put this sortof jelly like stuff on the back of his neck and he's set for a whole month! It's great, doesn't bother the cat, isn't messy, only costs $15 a dose, too. It's fabulous. We live in a very nice technological age that can manage such a thing. Apparently it does something to the flea's nerves. Wild huh?

Oh my god I just found this rare new wave thing I've been looking for! Must download! This is very exciting, I didn't think I'd find that.

That reminds me I meant to get some Romeo Void. I'll have to tell my friend about that.

I think I'm going to listen to that 80's internet radio station soon. www.flashbackalternatives.com That place is a lot of fun.

I heard a lot of news on the radio today, so I'm more informed than normal. They are really saying that Bush's plan is to strike Iran (which rhymes but never mind). Doesn't it all make you sick? Does he think he is going to get away with it? That Congress will just let him? Where the hell is the money going to come from for another war? It is insane.

Damnit I'm WAY too sober, I know that much.

Also Tommy you won't believe it but last week someone actually requested John Cooper Clarke on that Flashback Alternatives station! In fact, it wasn't even one of his musical tracks, it was a spoken word piece. I couldn't believe someone requested that.

I'm at work ... there are lots of drunk people. There's some massive frat thing going on. Lots of girls in dresses with no pantyhose in 9 degree weather.

I am crazy about this band from Austin Texas called I Love You But I've Chosen Darkness. Which is a stupid name for a band, but they are amazing. I've already said this. No one cares.

I better try to sober up enough to call Pixie in a sec heer.

Or not sober up as the case may be.
