Rick Rubin has been working with Neil Diamond for acouple of years now. Does anyone know if this eagerly awaited (by me) project is near to completion. I fucking love Neil Diamond songs.

Apparently it's out November 8 (which is strangely the same day Kate Bush's new one comes out in the U.S.). It was going to be called "Neil Diamond" but now it's going to be called "12 Songs", despite the fact that it has 13 songs! I'm surprised no one's mentioned it on the music freak message board but then I've been awfully busy so I could have missed it. I've never been a huge Neil fan but I don't have a problem with him at all. Loved The Jazz Singer to bits when I was a kid.
