B - Jeff Buckley, brilliant musician
C - Crowded House, band .. worth it for Neil Finn alone
D - "Dharma Bums", novel ... Jack Kerouac ... second only to 'On the Road
E - "East of Eden", novel ... John Steinbeck

Dharma Bums was okay, but On The Road was far better. I just finished American Skin by Don De Grazia, it was pretty cool except for the ending. Check out Thank You For Smoking by Christopher Buckley. It was fucking hilarious. If you want an amusing look into Jesus' younger years check out Lamb by Christopher Moore. Anybody ever read the Rebus books by Ian Rankin? Some of my favourites.
You know what I'm bopping to right now? Lose Yourself by Eminem. It's a damn catchy tune. Anybody else closet Eminem listeners?

I shall check out your reading selections ... can always use the advice for new stuff.

Not much into Eminem but that is a catchy tune.

On with the alphabet ..

F - Foo Fighters
G - "Grace" ... phenomenal album by Jeff Buckley
H - Hemingway
I - Islamadora .. nice little island in the Florida Keys
J - Jack Daniels

lunch break over ... back to work

X - comes in a pill
Y - because we love you
Z - is for Zoumas, the sloth's real last name

Closet Eminem listeners?

His new album is actually listenable which is incredible. I haven't seen 8 mile yet but I've seen a DVD of the European tour and that cartoon series he did is just hilarious. Especially when Ken kniff tries to sleep with Cartman. On the European tour DVD he brings a month's supply of Taco Bell and Mountain Dew with him.

WHO THE FUCK WOULD BRING TACO BELL TO EUROPE? UNBELIEVABLE.

You just can't get any more ghetto than that.

He froze the Taco Bell food.

I would call that white trash but it is just too ghetto to be white trash.
