Lets just say that when i'm 55 i hope i got the sack to express myself like he still does. Did anyone see his show in Milwaukee, early september, or red rocks a week later? If you did, then you are a sucker like me because his set list was exactly the same, give or take a few fucking songs.

hey jack, I know some bands that play the same set for ten years. so don't be too harsh on old Neil. even if he still does wear riped blue jeans at the age of fifty. an old rock and roll horse who is one of the good guys. I say this without being able to name one of his songs off the top of my head, but one thing I do know is that whenever I play Galaxie 500's ON FIRE everyone says it sounds like Neil.

about a year ago, i saw james brown and entourage at the paramount. it was the most rehearsed show i'd ever seen, and i loved every minute of it. my friend brian had bought a somewhat recent live james brown cd a few days earlier and he confirmed that the shows were identical note for note, word for word. that doesn't matter much to me, though. i was thouroughly entertained. cheers~nabi

Right on McCutheon. Galaxie 500? I'll have to chech em out. If there is one thing I know about a lot of Neil fans, it is that they have a very eclectic taste in music

don't worry about the spelling jack, as long as you get your point across, I saw Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young in April, it was one of the greatest shows I've seen, but I grew up on that kind of music anyway. I rated up there with RUSH & YES who are also two of my favorite bands, all of these shows were very enlightening to me! ROCK ON!!

I just bought an illegal copy of Neil's ON THE BEACH, one of the baddest fucking rock and roll albums ever. Sad thing is, this album has never been released on CD for reasons only Neil knows. My copy was dubbed off an old vinyl record, and I can hear the scratches and pin marks, but it's still bad ass mutherfucking rock and roll baby cakes.
Hey Ryan, if you're still doing vampire monos, there is a song on this album called VAMPIRE BLUES, "i'm a vampire baaaby, sucking blood from the earth!" fucking badd asss material. Rock still lives!!!!

There are also a few acoustic gems on it as well such as one of Neil's finest contributions ever called AMBULANCE BLUES and FOR THE TURNSTILES>
