So many people have played me Jimi Hendrix before in my life. I do recall rather enjoying some live tape someone played of him on the way back from...some town about an hour or two away from here. But that was a long time ago and I have just never been a huge Hendrix fan.
I honestly have never ever had any real appreciation for Jimi Hendrix until now, hearing a live version of "Machine Gun". There is a live version he did at Isle Of Wight but I'm not so sure it wasn't other some other live version I heard first that grabbed my attention.
All you peaceheads, you could do far far far far worse than Jimi Hendrix live doing "Machine Gun" and don't make me quote the lyrics now!!!!
