There is a lot of talk and hype over Pete Doherty & Baby Shambles & The Libertines and The Killers but the best rock and roll band at the moment is from right here in NYC. Check out the Walkmen! I've been playing The Rat for the last 7 months. Get into it now before the year is over and you will be another year older and a little less hip.
