When I was a child, back in the age of vinyl, there was a puppet show. The two main characters were baby pigs. They were called Pinky and Perky.
As a name for a pair of well turned nipples I don't think this term can be beaten.

I think that film won the Spankies 2004 award for best midget hardcore.
