Marky...did you get my package? I sent 5 new cd's I made, all within the month of April and I called it A Month of Music for Marky. But I realize I also put a huge ass peace sign on the package and am now worried it won't make the 3,000-mile trip without a patriotic postman destroying it. So let me know. Thanks.

Actually it did come today, I like the peace sign! Haven't listened yet, mostly because I just got the new Beta Band and downloaded an advance rough copy of the forthcoming LAST EVER Orbital album and WOW both of these albums have blindsided me! Beta Band beats the crap out of the last Radiohead, and last time I really cared about Orbital was about 8 years ago but they've really done a great job this time out. They're playing their last ever shows in London or some such thing in the next few weeks. PLEASE SOMEONE BUY ME A PLANE TICKET! I used to be an Orbital fanatic from about '93-'96...they were the only artist that ever truly inspired me to make music myself.
When I get done playing this Orbital one more time, though I'll put on your CD's, McC. The night is young, and I think I need to open another bottle of wine.

Also, just incase anyone wants to get on my moral case, I solemnly swear I will pay hard cash for this Orbital album (I think it's called "The Blue Album") when it comes out. It will be worth every penny and I want to see/have the artwork as well.
hiya!
