As far as Philly goes, McC said it best in The Bonbon Breasts of Burbon Street. Pennsylvania is exactly like New York with different liscense plates.
I thought the title of this string was "we want our sex"?
What sex do we want, and why are we not getting it?

For what it's worth, DFW is a pretty slow place. Dallas sucks compared to Ft. Worth though. From the police scandals and the shitty school district, it makes me glad I don't live there. Ft. Worth just seems slow. Nothing to do, a few good pubs, but with the TCU yuppies, it makes you want to leave.
Give me Seattle. I think that has to be my favorite city that I've visited. I liked the fact that you can walk anywhere. Try walking in Ft. Worth and you will get run over. Besides in the summer walking in 100 degree weather is not that much fun.

Rabbit, you have to go on a diet judging by your picture. No girl would have sex with that slob. And Rosie calls me fat. Which I am.

Well, I've never visited New York except on a flight layover and never had any particular desire to visit there. I too found it difficult to relate to the northeast character of people when I lived in New Jersey briefly and visited Philly for awhile.
But at least in New York you can get around without a car, and the idea of being there at night in some small cafe in an old building with say, live jazz musicians playing wouldn't bother me a bit. As long as I could hop a plane home fairly soon afterwards!
